Dimensional Inspector

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dimensional Inspector to join our team in China. As a Dimensional Inspector, you will be responsible for performing dimensional and visual inspections on components, as well as preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining files of inspection documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on components to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents.
• Review inspection records received for compliance.
• Maintain inspection and measuring equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to use a wide variety of measurement and test equipment.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specifications, and requirements.
• Possess knowledge of precision measuring equipment.
• Attention to details is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
