About the Role:

Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing individual counterpart development orders with our Reginal Office, ensuring that styles allocated for vendor development are met with high-quality samples and accurate costing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Original office, such as KBB office/India office/Pakistan office, to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Follow up vendor sample status through Regional office, or directly with vendors in countries without a Regional office.
  • Provide initial costing to US team with assistance from Regional Office, or work directly with vendors in countries without a Regional office.
  • Communicate regularly with buyers in the US for individual development sample needs.
  • Balance aesthetic requirements with production feasibility, ensuring potential production issues are acknowledged and communicated to buyers and the Sourcing team.
  • Coordinate with makers/Regional Office to outsource samples when capacity issues arise in our facility.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to maintain development calendars, track timelines, and ensure execution.
  • Build partner relationships with Design and Sourcing teams and Regional office.

What We're Looking For:

  • Over 4 years of experience in Clothing, Fashion, Textile, or Management.
  • Acknowledge in fabric, textile, wet & dry process.
  • Fluent oral English and written English communication skills.
  • Good time management skills, understanding urgency and importance.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Computer and MS Office apps.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to communicate with overseas teams.
