Early Childhood Education Director in Futian, Shenzhen

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Director to lead our kindergarten in Futian, Shenzhen.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and at least 5 years of management experience in reputable international kindergartens.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the kindergarten, ensuring smooth management of educational programs, safety protocols, logistics, and parent engagement.
- Culture Development: Foster the kindergarten's corporate culture by assessing staff performance, understanding employee sentiments, and organizing training and team-building initiatives.
- Staffing Plans: Develop and implement annual and term staffing plans to ensure the kindergarten is adequately staffed.
- Quality Enhancement: Supervise, review, and improve operational management SOPs to enhance service quality, teaching standards, and overall management.
- Daily Operations: Guide and inspect daily activities to ensure objectives are met and issues are addressed.
- Communication: Conduct regular meetings to review tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide feedback to staff. Maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing their feedback and needs in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong operational management skills and a deep understanding of educational philosophy in a kindergarten setting.
- Experience educating children of various age groups, with knowledge of child psychology and team management.
- Ability to handle home-school communication, manage parent interactions, resolve complaints, and respond to emergency situations effectively.
- Familiarity with current trends in the education sector, both domestically and internationally, along with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in early childhood education.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the role.
Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 CNY per month before tax. Full pay during summer and winter vacations.
