Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the leadership team and management in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
