Job Purpose

  • Ensure the successful deployment of Qiji solution across various projects, adhering to customer needs, defined processes, and safety instructions.
  • Monitor deployment progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with Fluence solution technical teams to optimize the Qiji deployment process.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deployment Process Application

  • Review and contribute to the design proposal from CASCO, ensuring a simplified and efficient design.
  • Analyze logs related to technical issues and provide root cause analysis within 24 hours.
  • Implement shadow mode for revamping projects and ensure safety instructions are applied during Design and T&C phases.

2. Progress Monitoring

  • Regularly review project progress and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Monitor system performance and drive the CASCO team to optimize specifications and software.
  • Record issues and contribute to the REX record construction for future projects.

3. Improving Qiji Deployment

  • Gain a deep understanding of Fluence and Qiji solutions behavior.
  • Contribute to Qiji solution industrialization for multi-project deployment.
  • Develop a migration strategy plan, outlining the detailed sequence of revamping existing projects to the Qiji solution.
