About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Lead to join our Hardware Development team at HARMAN International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions for our automotive connectivity products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of hardware products, including Telematics Control Units (TCUs), for our automotive connectivity solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including hardware engineers, designers, and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with HARMAN's quality and safety standards, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hardware development, with a focus on automotive connectivity solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading successful hardware development projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including hardware design, development, and testing, as well as experience with industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
