We are currently seeking Experienced Technical Architects to enhance our Shanghai office:
Key Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of comprehensive experience as a versatile Architect, with significant international exposure during design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
- Adept at resolving technical challenges, demonstrating the ability to devise architectural solutions through innovative thinking, evidenced by construction and shop drawings/details.
- Proficient in producing façade, architectural, interior finish, and interface details is essential.
- Familiarity with products, materials, and standard construction techniques, particularly within the Asian context.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a continual eagerness to learn from and guide peers.
- Possess strong aesthetic sensibilities coupled with design capabilities.
- Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin communication is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD is required, with favorable proficiency in Revit and/or Rhinoceros.
