We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Teach Around Ltd in Ningbo, China. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational activities and lessons that cater to the needs of young children, promoting their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
  • Establish a warm and inviting classroom environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress, behavior, and development, ensuring a collaborative approach to education.
  • Manage classroom resources and materials efficiently, maintaining a safe and tidy environment at all times.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of children, addressing any issues promptly and providing support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate school events and activities, promoting a sense of teamwork and shared responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a kindergarten or early childhood educator, with a strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with young children and their parents.
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations and diverse learning needs.
