Project Manager - Urban Transit Portfolio

As a Project Manager - Urban Transit Portfolio, you'll play a critical role in driving the execution of projects that maximize results while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Alstom's project management and execution processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Ensure project quality, cost, delivery, and planning (QCDP) performance, as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance.
  • Protect Alstom's legal and contractual rights, while seeking opportunities to enhance customer relationships and business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to drive technical platform developments and investigate technical issues.
  • Support the project director in developing technical roadmaps and promoting new technical solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with French language skills a strong plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in signaling projects, with CBTC projects a significant advantage.
  • 8 years of experience as a qualified project manager in railway business.
  • Proven track record of working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures.
  • IPMA or PMP certification preferred.
