Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fitness Pavilion Manager to assist in the smooth and efficient operation of our Fitness Pavilion area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate information, supervising tasks, and promoting Fitness Pavilion activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review of administrative policies and procedures relating to the reception desk.
  • Continuously look for methods to improve operations as required.
  • Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub-departments of Fitness Pavilion.
  • Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Hotel.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures established for Fitness Pavilion.
  • Ensure that the Fitness Pavilion area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct, and demonstrate tasks to subordinates to the standard set. They will be completely aware of Fitness Pavilion activities and be able to promote these actively.
