Main Purpose of the Role
KA (DSO) sales is responsible for managing the identified top strategic DSOs (key accounts) in assigned territory, to increase Straumann business share and to enhance account loyalty through designing, optimizing and leading implementation of relative business strategies and sales programs; Meanwhile working with the core BU regional sales teams in these DSOs to deepen products penetration to achieve/exceed goals of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & execute account plan in each responsible key DSO by working with core BU commercial teams. The account plans should cover all product lines across ST group including Implant, Ortho., Bio and Digital. Achieve/exceed sales target and increase Straumann products share through leading and following up relative sales programs, including dentists’ training, patients’ education, and marketing promotion, with teamwork with the regional sales teams. Consistently collect market data and voice of customers in the responsible DSOs and share this information to the marketing team and core BU sales teams for follow-ups together. Collect and make responsive action plans based on competitors’ key activities. Coordinate internal communication within sales team and between sales team & other supporting function teams for any DSO projects. Conduct regular business performance updates and take follow-up action plans. Execute any company initiated Go-to-MKT models including channel model transformation, B2C2B, etc. Build close professional relationships with the key stakeholders in the key DSOs. Fill out CRM visit records according to company’s requirements.Skills and Competencies
Education / Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree or above Over 3 years of sales or marketing experience in dental industry or medical device industry, sales experience of private dental clinics is preferred Previous marketing experience in a fast-growing B2B companies would be an advantage (if for the position of Key Account Manager) Multinational companies working experience will be preferable Excellent KA management skill Good selling skills , customer and results orientated Good team work spirit and self-motivated Excellence communication skill and basic data analytical skill Flexibility to travel frequentlyPersonal Competencies
