Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll services within our responsible areas, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, close-out, allowance, bonus, and reward payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll-related documents and reports, providing support to related Japan teams as needed.
  • Drive process and system continuous improvement based on daily evaluation and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Japan teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in payroll-related systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Japan local company payroll.
  • Excellent Excel function usage skills in payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and Chinese, both written and oral.
  • Good learning ability and ability to work under pressure.
  • SAP HR function user experience is a plus.
