Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll services within our responsible areas, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, close-out, allowance, bonus, and reward payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japan local company payroll, with excellent Excel function usage and communication skills in Japanese and Chinese. They will also possess good learning ability and be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll services within responsible areas
  • Generate payroll-related documents and reports
  • Provide support to related Japan teams regarding payroll
  • Drive process and system continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Years of working experience in Japan local company payroll
  • Excellent Excel function usage
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and Chinese
  • Good learning ability and ability to work under pressure
  • SAP HR function user's experience is an asset
