Education Director

We are seeking an exceptional Education Director to lead our primary school in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of primary school curricula, ensuring alignment with IB standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the primary school.
- Manage and provide leadership to a team of primary school teachers, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school as a whole.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and other stakeholders in the education community.
- Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience as a primary school principal or equivalent leadership position in an international primary school setting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IB school.
- Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- A deep understanding of PYP curriculum and education technology.
- Experience in teacher development, recruitment, and retention.
