Responsibilities
- Understand the performance of CE products and collaborate with the commercial team to explain technical properties to customers, enabling customer discovery of its value.
- Meet with customers to comprehend their specification needs and surface project ideas for solutions to SFDC, focusing on the high-value flexible program.
- Execute projects that do not require additional technical resources.
- Support the introduction and sale of new products to customers through translation opportunities.
- Enhance cross-functional teamwork by translating new trends, products, and applications.
- Create and lead market needs.
- Capture value.
- Realize and support customer options mapping in collaboration with the commercial team.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 3-10 years of experience in the auto business (e-Drive System).
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Ability to work independently with customers to develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems independently.
- Key Competencies: Functional/Technical Skills, Customer Focus, Listening, Problem Solving, Peer Relationships, Independence.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Good knowledge of engine e-Drive Unit & Power Electronic and related applications.
- Familiarity with the e-Drive Unit & Power Electronic value chain.
- Strong new market development capabilities.
- Tiers, molders focus, and full skills for project management.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Good communication, presentation skills, and commercial sense.
