Daily Responsibilities:
Establishing requirements pertaining to supplier quality.Formulating criteria related to supplier quality assurance.
Conducting supplier assessments and material certifications.Performing evaluations of suppliers and validating materials.
Monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and implementing quality improvements.Tracking supplier performance, addressing challenges, and enhancing supplier quality.
Assisting in the management of nonconforming materials to minimize production disruptions.Supporting the resolution of nonconformities to lessen their impact on production schedules.
Providing technical assistance to Incoming Quality Assurance and other relevant departments.Offering technical support to IQA and associated departments.
Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management.Performing other duties as directed by superiors.
Desired Qualifications:
College degree or higher. Over 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or Quality Management.Minimum of 3 years' experience in SQE, PE, or PQE roles.
Familiarity with medical device quality management system standards (e.g., YY/T0287/ISO13485 or equivalent); ISO9000/ISO13485 auditor certification is a plus.Knowledge or experience with medical device quality management systems (e.g., YY/T0287/ISO13485 or equivalent). ISO9000/ISO13485 auditor certification preferred.
Understanding of assembly processes, metal components, and injection molding.Familiarity with assembly, metal, and plastic manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of industrial technical specifications.Proficient understanding of industrial technical standards.
Capability to conduct supplier audits and evaluations.Ability to perform supplier assessments and audits.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese.Strong communication and presentation abilities in English and Chinese.
Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
