Lead Web Software Engineer

NVIDIA is on the lookout for experienced web software engineers to join our AI Infrastructure team. Our mission is to empower NVIDIA and our clients to efficiently scale machine learning workflows. This requires a fresh approach to organizing and managing data, tasks, and users. We are developing and refining human-in-the-loop processes that facilitate the deployment of advanced systems in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, impacting various sectors such as healthcare and autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising user experience designers, DevOps specialists, IT and security engineers, as well as experts in machine learning and deep learning. You will be at the forefront of creating human-in-the-loop and management applications that push the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation AI Infrastructure, focusing on data ingestion, indexing, labeling, visualization, dashboards, and data viewing tools.
  • Engage closely with our AI Infrastructure team to synchronize techniques, code, practices, and projects.
  • Drive innovation in products and processes, providing numerous learning opportunities and excitement as we transition from concept to production.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in web applications.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming.
  • Proficient in frontend application development and deployment.
  • Expertise in several frontend technologies, including Javascript, Typescript, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, ES6, gRPC, and REST.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with software development life cycles (development, deployment, release, continuous integration).
  • A passion for new technologies, with a self-driven and motivated approach. You take pride in your work and aim for exceptional results, coupled with excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, principals, and architects, while coordinating across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Full-stack development experience, particularly with Golang, Python, SQL, RDBMS, and Microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Aliyun, or Tencent Cloud.
  • Understanding of infrastructure related to Deep Learning.
