Your Contribution
- Development Planning Develops and specifies single tasks resulting from research assignments, focusing on post-processing, powder processing, photolithography, laser processing, and surface modification of glass and glass ceramic materials.
- Research Develops solutions and new product opportunities, concentrating on the application of sound knowledge in subject areas like consumer electronics, semiconductors, and bio-medical, with involvement in the development of advanced processing techniques.
- Technology Market Monitors and understands deeply the technology trends and advancements in the field of advanced processing of glasses and glass ceramics, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Contacts Initiates and maintains contact with internal and external customers, academic research institutes, and universities to learn about the latest research findings relevant to advanced processing developments of glasses and glass ceramics.
Your Profile
- PhD. (preferred) or Master (with 2 to 5 years working experience) in Material Science, Optics, Solid State Physics, or Mechanics, with overseas experience preferred.
- Working experience on the processing or structuring of glass or other inorganic materials using photolithography or laser methods, with experience or knowledge on metallization preferred.
- Deep understanding of optics-materials interactions, knowledge of glass materials, processing, and applications, as well as performance of materials and related testing methods.
- Effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills, problem-solving capability in a dynamic environment, self-motivated with good organization skills, and fluent in English and Chinese.
