Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve import-related issues and optimize logistics operations.
  • Work closely with the Global Platform Logistics Team, 3PL logistics suppliers, and brokers to ensure timely delivery of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with Customs and government agencies to obtain necessary certificates and permits.
  • Ensure seamless E-lot system operation and annual Customs E-lot verification without any issues.
  • Support revenue/OTD and inventory control initiatives in China MFG.
  • Contribute to logistics-saving projects by working with logistics and other functional teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and trade compliance.
  • Strong capability in managing 3PL performance and working with government departments.
  • Good knowledge of Customs regulations and certificate applications, including 3C, electronic efficiency, Li battery transportation certificates, and used equipment imports.
  • Classification and DG handling expertise.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments on cross-functional assignments with complex international issues.
  • Working experience in the Electric Industry or ACE company is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English in written and oral communication.
