Job Description:

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Inbound Deliveries: Monitor and manage inbound deliveries from suppliers and factory to Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure timely receipt and inspection of goods.
  • • SAP Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor automated SAP processes and interfaces, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain system integrity.
  • • Delivery Processing: Process delivery callout forms to FL when material is ready for delivery from DCs, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
  • • Outbound Deliveries: Coordinate and process outbound deliveries to DCs, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • • Picking Requests: Send picking requests to DCs to facilitate order fulfillment and minimize delays.
  • • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for FL personnel in delivery-related actions, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • • Network Milestones: Track and follow up on network milestones such as 3a, 3b, and 3x to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • • Freight Cost Calculation: Gather relevant information to support freight unit cost calculation, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • • Daily Communication: Maintain daily communication with DCs and FL personnel to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
  • • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • • Proficiency in SAP and other logistics software systems.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
