Master Mixologist

POSITION SUMMARY

To be a successful Senior Bartender at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes answering questions about wine, checking inventory, and communicating with our team to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drink orders according to recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees.
• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience is not required.
• No certification is necessary.
