Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Accountant to join our team at 148 FLEXTRONICS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHEN ZHEN) CO., LTD. in Shenzhen GBS. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our finance teams in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to resolve financial issues in a timely manner.
  • Train data inputs to ensure high efficiency in data processing and meet accountant position requirements.
  • Check transactions in the ERP system and reconcile statements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with SOX & RCTS requirements and all AP-related policies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by immediate supervisors or site finances.
  • Review and file supporting documents/reports.
  • Schedule all AP tasks regularly and drive to complete on schedule.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects allocated by team leaders, supervisors, and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in accounting-related major.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international company.
  • Familiarity with AP/Expense Claim, VAT, and Corporation Income Tax.
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
