Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Promate Technologies in Shenzhen, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and controlling enterprise activity in accordance with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Prepare and review financial statements, including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations

• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders

• Collaborate with the foreign investor to ensure effective financial management

• Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization

• Provide tax planning advice to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities

• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, and review and process expense reports

• Assist with the audit process and implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
