Market Manager for Western European Gaming Sector

Job Description:
At Tencent, our Marketing & Communications team is known for its creativity and passion. They develop innovative marketing strategies that not only engage our audience but also effectively communicate our brand's values and culture. As a Market Manager for Western European Gaming Sector, you will play a key role in developing our brand's identity and marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing brand positioning and key messaging components to drive our overall vision and brand marketing strategy.
- Working closely with our LiveOps team to support all promotion plans, including KOL/paid media/performance media/community.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to inform our marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with other functions such as Studios, process, and financial teams to ensure a solid and consistent launch and long-term operation and marketing.
- Tracking marketing activity and providing analysis and guidance to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaising with projects to execute promotional events.
- Performing ad-hoc projects, budget management, and procurement process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in marketing, communication, gaming, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming/IT/Internet industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and traditional marketing tools.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- A passion for playing PC, Console, and mobile games.
