Medical Training Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Training Specialist to join our team in Shanghai. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective training programs to meet company and customer objectives.
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop high-quality training content.
- Continuously review and update lesson plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information up to date.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, or advanced degree with no experience.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
