Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for facilitating annual budgeting and monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also be responsible for bank and cash management, performing accounting documents, and understanding the company's business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and scenarios for multiple initiatives.
• Prepare and declare corporate income tax reports, sales tax reports, and other financial documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
