Job Title: Senior Seating Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Seating Architect to join our team at Forvia. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative seating solutions for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new seating products and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of seating systems with other vehicle components
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and design guidelines for seating systems
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of components and materials

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in seating development and design
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of seating systems and materials
