Your mission, roles and responsibilities

座椅总体架构工程师 负责新产品的总体技术概念/方案制订审核，技术可行性分析决策及客户技术规范实行，并在设计开发全过程对其持续跟踪和输出。主要岗位职责如下：
1) 领导新产品/项目设计开发团队，开发整椅及/或其零部件；
2) 在开发或报价项目中，以技术负责人角色，协同客户制订技术策略和设计概念，领导内部技术方案的落实；
3) 组织并保障日常设计开发工作运行，管理开发计划，过程风险识别与对策；
4) 管理对内外部客户的沟通，高效应对客户开发问题抱怨；
5) 协调研发中心内部各职能部门资源，推进开发总目标达成；
6) 作为佛吉亚全球产品和技术的客户技术接口，支持商务团队，建立并维护良好客户关系；
7) 管理项目研发预算，支持项目经理制订新产品/项目的商业计划；
8) 协同HR促进团队内部基层工程师的技能提升和职业发展；
9) 执行公司各内控规定，督促团队贯彻公司道德规范，管理规范

Your profile and competencies to succeed

学历 ：
本科及以上学历，机械设计及相关专业
经验：
≥ 5年座椅开发经验。有独立对接OEM客户的经验；
有带领团队经验；独立负责过完整的座椅开发项目；
知识和技能 ：
熟练运用CATIA V5及其它办公软件/系统；
基本理论分析计算（材料，力学，GD&T, 运动机构...） ;
英文书面流利
跨文化跨职能协作能力
客户关系管理
思维清晰严谨，分析与总结能力
结果导向
风险管理，抗压能力
