About the Role

The Product Management Team Lead plays a critical role in leading the product group's product management team. The team is accountable for driving the Product Group portfolio and industrial strategy, innovation roadmaps, market strategy (markets, applications, competitors, and customers), new product developments (including Customer Requirement Specifications, business case creation & execution, from idea to product release), product documentation (Datasheets), product-to-market alignment (PTMA) process and execution, product-related content for Marcom material and activities, product launch and market introduction (NPI), and the product selection and definition of the Marketing Focus Programs (MFP).

In this role, it is essential to collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., customer contacts through account teams and FAEs, Product Group Business Fulfillment, Product Group Technical Marketing, R&D, and Operations) to align the product group's portfolio strategy and roadmap with other corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Portfolio Product Managers within the Product Group
  • Consolidate the Product group-level market model
  • Consolidate the product group innovation roadmap
  • Owner of the Product Group R&D Pipeline, drive PG profitability improvements
  • Drive business case fulfillment and profitability, maximize innovative sales and profitability index
  • Drive Product Group Portfolio Strategy in Company Long Term Planning and Deep Dive Processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Semiconductor device physics and electrical engineering knowledge
  • Brief understanding of electronic hardware design blocks
  • Professional product marketing background
  • Marketing tools and methodologies
  • Possessing knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, and/or supply chains is advantageous
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Chinese and German is a plus

This position offers an attractive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
