Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Coach in Lanzhou Wanda Mall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute visual merchandising displays and promotions
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product offerings and marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Coach remains competitive

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or fashion
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
