The Dipont Debate program is a dynamic and comprehensive initiative that guides students from the basics of debate through to advanced strategies and principles for tournament-level debaters. As a Speech and Debate Coach, you will play a crucial role in shaping the program's success by overseeing curriculum development, adapting it to meet the unique needs of students and teachers, and fostering an environment of growth and learning.

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional leadership skills to lead and grow our Speech and Debate program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 3 years of teaching and debating coaching experience. Additionally, they will possess the ability to live and work in China for two years and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.

The Speech and Debate Coach will be responsible for guiding students in preparing for competitive formats such as Public Forum Debate, British Parliamentary, Model United Nations, and more. They will also work closely with parents to ensure clear communication and collaboration. The program offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary starting from 30,000 RMB per month, Chinese holidays, paid vacation, flight reimbursement, and company relocation support.
