We are a leading educational institution, eChinaCareers, seeking an experienced and passionate STEM Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary:

  • Teach Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) subjects to students in primary school, focusing on grades G1 to G6.
  • Develop engaging lessons, lectures, and assessments to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the school's curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded education for our students.
  • Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set targets to promote academic growth and success.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer engineering or physics, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching, with a proven track record of success.
  • Holding a teaching certification is essential.
  • Additionally, a TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certificate would be advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive monthly salary range of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • All Chinese traditional holidays and 2 days Christmas holiday will be observed.
  • An annual flight allowance up to 10,000 RMB will be provided.
  • Free lunch will be offered on working days.
  • Public holidays, summer, and winter holidays will be respected.
  • Medical health insurance will be included in the benefits package.
  • A contract completion bonus will be offered upon successful completion of the contract term.
