Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Management Trainee to join our team at IKEA Components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis - Participate in budget/rolling forecast calculation, participate in KPI review & analysis, and understand the business and finance processes of IKEA Components.
  • Financial Support - Support daily operation in finance team, ensure follow-ups where deviations are detected early, and communicate business results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and inspiring way.
  • Qualification - We are looking for individuals with finance-related majors or finance background, interest in finance analytics, cost controlling, etc., and passion for facing challenges and providing ideas for changes.
Requirements
  • Fluent in communicating and writing in Chinese and English.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skill, inspires and creates confidence, builds networks, and strong relations.
  • Willing to work in Nantong.
