About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Management Trainee to join our team at IKEA. As a Finance Management Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team in various aspects of financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
Participate in the preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Financial Reporting and AnalysisAssist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Financial Modeling and AnalysisDevelop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills and KnowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Language and CommunicationFluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personal QualitiesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
