Job description

As Finance Management Trainee , you will be responsible to:

Participate in budget/rolling forecast calculation.

参与工厂预算计算

Participate in KPI review & analysis.

参与关键业务指标追踪与分析

Understand the business and finance processes of IKEA Components.

了解宜家配件业务及财务流程

Support daily operation in finance team.

支持财务团队日常运行

Understand fact-based decisions making, communicate with business partner on giving insights, analytics, scenarios and recommendations.

与商业合作伙伴就提供见解分析方案和建议进行沟通，理解基于事实所作的决策

Ensure follow-ups where deviations are detected early.

及时发现偏差的产生并确保跟进

Contribute to communicating business results, insights and recommendations in a clear and inspiring way, providing available and actionable business analysis.

协助清晰地传达业务结果见解和建议，同时提供可用可操作的业务分析

Contribute to the development of working methods and tools.

协助工作方法和工具的改进

Work with scenarios planning mindset.

运用情景规划的意识进行工作

Secure contract review process.

严格把控公司合同审核流程

Participate in relevant projects.

Qualification

We are looking for the people with:

Finance related majors, or finance background.

财务相关专业或财务相关工作背景

Interest of finance analytics, cost controlling, etc.

对财务分析成本控制等方向感兴趣

Passion on facing the challenges and able to provide ideas for changes.

积极应对挑战，接受变化

Understanding of the IKEA business model, strategic landscape and IKEA Ways of working.

了解宜家的业务模式战略布局和工作方式

Good knowledge in Microsoft office.

熟练使用基本办公软件

Good presentation skills.

良好的演讲技巧

Fluent in communicating and writing in Chinese and English.

熟练的中英文读写能力

Strong communication skill, Inspires and creates confidence, build networks and strong relations.

善于沟通激励他人，自信，能够建立和维系人际关系

Willing to work in Nantong.

有意愿在南通长期工作发展

Good knowledge of business intelligence tools: PWBI, Python, etc.

了解数字化智能工具：Power BI, Python, 等
