In this role, you will oversee a team of field sales representatives, ensuring the execution of the sales strategy and the achievement of annual performance indicators and objectives for a designated region.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing, and inspiring the team while collaborating with the sales training team to ensure effective training delivery. Formulating and managing an annual business plan to achieve agreed-upon revenue targets and providing necessary reporting. Cultivating strong customer relationships that enable exceptional execution of our product categories. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the account management team, category specialists, activation teams, sales training, and customer finance to optimize returns in your region. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of category insights and coaching the team on utilizing category tools to engage and influence customers for informed decision-making that drives category growth and meets annual objectives.Qualifications
