Recruitment Teacher

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the school to the Korean community, ensuring a thorough understanding of the school's mission and vision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean community groups and companies, fostering a positive image of the school.
• Act as a liaison between Korean parents and the school, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns.
• Track and analyze enrollment data to inform the school's recruitment strategy, providing valuable insights for improvement.
• Assist with admission procedures and provide support to students and parents, ensuring a smooth transition to the school.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to provide university counseling services to high school students, helping them achieve their academic goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in marketing or communication, or a related field.
• Native Korean speaker with high fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Benefits:
