Recruitment Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Teacher to join our team at eChinaCareers. As a key member of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for promoting our school to the Korean community, companies, and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the Korean community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean community leaders, companies, and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with our admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for international students.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students, ensuring they have a positive experience with our school.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for recruitment growth.
• Develop and deliver presentations to promote our school to the Korean community.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Native Korean speaker with high fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits:
