About the Role
At Siemens Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Direct and manage production teams to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain lean management practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in assembly and quality control.
- Lean management experience and practice.
- Self-driven and result-oriented personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English communication.
