Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at VAT. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving operational and production processes, ensuring timely delivery of assembled products, and leading a team of employees in Cleanroom Assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, sustain, and improve operational and production processes.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of assembled products in specified quality and cost-effective process.
  3. Recruit, lead, coach, and oversee employees in Cleanroom Assembly.
  4. Ensure adequate training and qualification of employees in production and assembly.
  5. Ensure optimal and efficient staff allocation and time management at production orders and material storage processes.
  6. Ensure continuous improvement and 5S at work environment to improve productivity and maintain safety.
  7. Perform long-term machine capacity planning and manpower requirement according to forecast.
  8. Improve human efficiency and OLE for assembly line.
  9. Ensure proper maintenance, setup, and use of all production equipment according to schedule.
  10. Ensure smooth operation of all relevant production systems.
  11. Ensure record keeping according to retention period for ISO 9001.
  12. Ensure proper maintenance of procedures and tasks performed accordingly.
  13. Ensure fulfillment of all relevant production key performance indicators (KPI).
  14. Ensure adequate resources for 4M and 1E readiness for smooth production.
  15. Ensure proper communication to all assemblers/operators on any new changes in policies, procedures, etc.
  16. Ensure daily and shiftly meetings are held without fail with related PIC and department to solve daily assembly issues highlighted by assemblers/operators.
  17. Ensure building and all properties in Cleanroom are in good condition.
  18. Work closely with Process Engineering team and other supporting teams for continuous quality and process improvement.
  19. Perform any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

We are looking for a Production Manager with a strong background in production management, process improvement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production processes, leading teams, and improving efficiency and productivity.
