岗位职责

主导游戏中美术动作的设计和制作;负责合作伙伴资源的审核修改及外包团队的培养;独立完成动画设计并不断创新提高品质和表现力。

岗位要求

美术相关专业,大专以上学历;三年以上3D游戏动画设计制作经验;精通运用熟悉3dsMax动画模块;熟悉相关模块(模型等);熟练Unity3D或UE4模块及相关插件;熟练运用动画运动规律,制作动画流畅,节奏准确角色,性格明确;熟悉游戏生产制作流程和环节协作关系,对各环节制作技术方法有清楚的认识;有合作伙伴跟进经验,有较好的沟通能力,能帮助外包提高效率和品质;熟悉目前流行的游戏美术风格,持续关注并了解业界动态,对游戏行业有热情;学习能力强,能够接受挑战,并承受较强的工作压力,有较强的团队合作意识;
