Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve friction materials and processes to meet customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product quality.

Support customers in application technology and provide expert advice on friction materials and processes.

Characterize and analyze friction materials and raw materials to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Your Qualifications

At least 4 years of university education in a relevant field (chemical or process engineering, mechanical engineering).

3-5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or a similar field.

Knowledge of basic Q-methods (DOE, FMEA, statistical methods) and good communication skills.

Competencies

Drive innovation and improvement through collaboration and expertise.

Ensure product safety and quality through rigorous testing and analysis.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
