Key Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing friction linings materials
• Streamlining process development from prototype to mass production
• Creating production specifications for friction materials
• Providing technical support to customers on application technology
• Characterizing friction materials and raw materials
• Developing yarns and optimizing their production
• Supporting trials, evaluations, and optimization in production
• Maintaining SAP data and collaborating with the team

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of 4 years of university education in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar field
• Knowledge of basic quality methods, including DOE, FMEA, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and German
