Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver lesson plans and lectures that cater to the needs of students, utilizing the A-level framework to ensure a comprehensive education
  • Prepare and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback to students, and monitor their progress to ensure academic success
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the school's curriculum, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents, ensuring open communication and a supportive learning environment
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and academic excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related subject, such as Design and Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Teaching certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience in Design and Technology or a related subject
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
