About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Advisor to join our Seller Support team at Beijing Century Joyo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our sellers and associates, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to associate support requests in real-time, providing education and guidance to achieve first contact resolution and a remarkable seller experience.
  • Identify seller and associate barriers, provide solutions, and drive change through business improvement initiatives.
  • Drive opportunities for efficiency through daily floor observations and conduct seller interaction audits with associates.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all seller escalations and provide technical and process coaching to improve performance.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Liaise with other departments as required to resolve seller issues and questions.
Requirements
  • High School qualification required as a minimum, 3rd level qualification preferred.
  • Fluent English and Japanese language skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with Amazon or 18 months in a customer service environment, experience within a contact center preferred.
  • Subject matter expert in more than one Amazon platform and/or specialty.
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive process improvement using Kaizen principles.
  • Working knowledge of the trouble ticketing process in relation to Seller Support.
  • Fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the site.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High energy and passion for technical and process proficiency.
  • Clear understanding of the Seller Support organization and how to get things done through formal channels and informal networks.
  • Deep knowledge base in several platforms and specialties with the ability to share that knowledge with others.
  • Willingness to take ownership and offer solutions to ensure a perfect interaction for sellers.
