**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and visual inspections of tools and equipment
  • Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
  • Assure daily activities and problems are communicated to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
  • Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

**Working Environment:**

This position requires working in a fast-paced hotel environment, often at heights and in confined spaces. You must be able to move, lift, and carry heavy objects, as well as work in extreme temperatures.

**Compensation:**

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
