Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Takeda. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing marketing strategies, and executing product launches to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive product sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-8 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong background in product management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in product launch and marketing, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
