Job Title: Medical Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor to join our team at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd. As a Medical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing medical and scientific value to our Oncology medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical advice and input in the development and implementation of business strategies related to TA business.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the medical plan, ensuring consistency with the country business plan for TA Business Unit.
  • Ensure adequate medical information and customer support for healthcare professionals in the daily usage of GSK brands.
  • Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion-leaders and key authorities within the industry at a country level.
  • Optimize cross-functional support needs in the organization, ensuring effective communication between medical and brand teams.
  • Provide business development support as appropriate, including technical advice and input on product development and licensing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance and medical governance in areas such as training, promotional materials, and clinical activities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in Medical/Science.
  • Knowledge of clinical development process and regulatory requirements.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a Medical Advisor in the Oncology area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
