Job Summary:

As a Medical Advisor at GSK, you will be responsible for providing medical and scientific expertise to the respiratory medical team. Your collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential in planning and executing medical plans while ensuring that all company scientific activities adhere to internal, national, and international ethical guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical advice and input in the development and implementation of business strategies related to therapeutic area business.
  • Support the Medical Affairs Lead in the development and implementation of the medical plan, ensuring consistency with the country business plan for the Therapeutic Area Business Unit.
  • Ensure adequate medical information and customer support for healthcare professionals in the daily usage of GSK brands.
  • Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion-leaders and key authorities within the industry at a country level.
  • Optimize cross-functional support needs within the organization, ensuring effective communication between medical and brand teams.
  • Provide business development support, offering technical advice and input on product development and licensing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance and medical governance in:
    • Training on relevant SOPs.
    • Ensuring promotional/training materials comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
    • Managing issues that may adversely affect business.
    • Assuring compliance with corporate standards and procedures for the conduct of clinical activities, including studies and research grants.
