Job Summary

As a key member of the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay team, the Cashier Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information, while adhering to hotel, company, and local rules and regulations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information, including the maintenance of accurate financial records and the preparation of financial reports.

2. Assist in the inventory management and maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets, ensuring that all necessary records are up to date and accurate.

3. Verify all daily noted payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and recorded correctly.

4. Deposit payments and ensure the adequate supply of house funds and small change for all Office Clerks-Cashiers.

5. Count and verify cash, checks, and credit card vouchers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and recorded correctly.

Requirements

1. More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
